Call, Email or Visit the Wheat Ridge Base
The fastest way to reach us is the phone. Phones are staffed through the night and on holidays. This site has no forms, because a phone call gets a crew moving faster than a message.
Phone
(303) 952-8295 answered 24/7 for water damage dispatch.
contact@wheatridgewaterdamagepros.com for non-urgent questions. Call for emergencies.
Address
3900 Wadsworth Blvd, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
Hours
Open 24/7. Same-day visits when a crew is available.
What to Tell Dispatch
Give the street address and ZIP code, then describe where the water is coming from and how far it has spread. Say whether the water touches outlets, appliances or the electrical panel, and whether it looks clean or smells like sewage. Those answers decide which steps are safe while a crew is arranged.
If you can do so safely, shut off the main water valve before you call. If you smell gas or see sparking, phone the utility or 911 before us.
Visiting
Our base at 3900 Wadsworth Blvd is a dispatch address, not a showroom, so call before you visit. The map below is centered on the address.
A 60 Second Checklist Before You Call
- Close the main water valve if the water is coming from a supply line.
- Stay out of standing water that may touch outlets, appliances or the electrical panel.
- Take a few wide photos and a short video of the water and the damaged items.
- Write down the street address, ZIP code and the best phone number to reach you.
- Find your insurance policy number if it is easy to reach, but do not delay the call to look for it.
None of these steps should delay the call. If you cannot do them safely, call first and dispatch will walk you through what to do.
After the Call
Dispatch confirms what happens next and gives you what to expect on site. Keep your phone nearby, because the crew may call from a different number when they are close. Tell your insurer about the loss as soon as you can, and the state insurance division recommends reporting the loss promptly.
When Email Makes Sense
Email suits questions that are not urgent, such as asking which towns we cover, what a stage of the process means or where to find our service list. Anything involving active water, sewage, a smell of gas or a wet electrical panel belongs on the phone. A message can sit unread overnight, while a phone call reaches a person at once.
Other Ways to Learn First
If you are not in an emergency, the services page explains the six stages of a water loss, and each town page lists ZIP codes and local water providers for Arvada, Denver and Golden.
Contact FAQs
Can I request service online?
No. This site is call-only so that dispatch can ask the safety questions that matter.
Do you answer after midnight?
Yes. Dispatch is answered 24/7.
What if I only want to ask a question?
Call the same number. A dispatcher can explain what each stage of a water loss involves, even when no crew is needed yet.
Should I send photos by email?
You can email photos to the address above after you call, but the call comes first. Dispatch decides what a crew needs to see.
